Strictly necessary cookies operate regardless of consent because the site cannot function without them.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember actions or preferences — such as whether you accepted analytics — over a period of time. Similar technologies include local storage entries, session storage and pixel tags embedded in pages or emails. In this policy, "cookies" refers to cookies and comparable technologies unless stated otherwise.

BrandDock uses cookies to:

• Remember your cookie consent choice for up to six months;
• Maintain basic site security and load balancing;
• Measure aggregate traffic and page performance when you consent to analytics;
• Support marketing measurement if you consent to marketing cookies (currently minimal deployment).

We do not use cookies to sell personal data. Cookie data is processed under our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) where it relates to an identifiable individual.

4.1 Strictly necessary

These cookies are essential for the website to operate. They include consent storage (localStorage key cookie_consent_bd) recording whether you accepted, rejected or chose to customise non-essential cookies. Without this storage, the banner would appear on every visit. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under typical PDPA interpretations because they enable a service you explicitly request.

4.2 Analytics

If you click "Accept all" or enable analytics via customisation, we may deploy analytics tools to understand how visitors use branddock.pro — pages viewed, approximate geography, device type, referral source and session duration. Data is aggregated where possible. Analytics helps us improve navigation and content; it is not used to guarantee marketing outcomes or to profile individuals for unrelated advertising.

4.3 Preferences

Preference cookies remember choices that improve your experience — for example, dismissing auxiliary notices or remembering form locale. BrandDock currently relies primarily on the consent storage entry rather than separate preference cookies. If we add preference cookies in future, this section will be updated.

4.4 Marketing

Marketing cookies measure advertising effectiveness or enable remarketing on third-party platforms. BrandDock does not operate a self-service ad product; marketing pixels, if any, would relate to our own studio promotion only and are off by default unless you accept marketing cookies. We do not buy followers, deploy deceptive pixels or retarget using sensitive categories.

5. First-party and third-party cookies

First-party cookies are set by branddock.pro directly. Third-party cookies are set by domains of our service providers — for example, an analytics or font CDN provider. Third-party providers process data under their own policies as well as contractual terms with BrandDock. We select vendors with reasonable security and data-minimisation practices but encourage you to review their documentation if you use customisation.

6. Storage durations summary

• Cookie consent choice (localStorage): six months, then the banner reappears;
• Session identifiers: deleted when you close the browser;
• Analytics identifiers: typically up to thirteen months unless you clear them earlier;
• Marketing pixels: vendor-specific, generally ninety days to six months.

7. How to change or withdraw consent

You can change your choices at any time by:

• Clearing site data for branddock.pro in your browser settings;
• Using the "Customise" button on the cookie banner to review categories (links to this policy);
• Emailing [email protected] if you need assistance.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal. Strictly necessary cookies will remain active because the site requires them.

8. Browser controls

Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies via settings. Blocking all cookies may prevent the consent banner from remembering your choice and could affect site functionality. There is no universal standard for "Do Not Track" signals. BrandDock currently responds to explicit choices made through our cookie banner rather than automated DNT headers. If standards evolve in Singapore, we will review our approach.

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove vendors, change categories or respond to regulatory guidance. The "Last updated" date at the top will change accordingly. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy for new cookies; material changes to existing processing may require fresh consent.
