Why "BrandDock" — and what we are not

The name comes from our address, not from freight or software. A dock, in the river sense we mean it, is where something is brought alongside — inspected, repaired, refitted — and sent back out fit for the journey. That is how we think about brand work: brought alongside for a proper refit, not dropped off and forgotten.

We are not a shipping or logistics company. We are not a marina or yacht charter operator. We are not a brand-management software platform, asset library or template shop. There is nothing to log into, no subscription tier and no course to purchase. The .pro domain is branding only — it does not mean "go pro" or "make money online." We are a professional creative studio delivering services under a signed scope of work.

We do not guarantee reach, virality, rankings, leads or sales. We do not buy followers or bot engagement. We practice ethical, white-hat creative and content work. AI tools assist our process; strategy, judgment and final output remain human-owned.

How we work

We are deliberately small. Projects are led by a senior creative director who stays on the work — not handed to a rotating cast of juniors after the pitch. Discovery is conversational and specific. We ask what failed last time, what the sales team actually says on calls, which competitor you are tired of being mistaken for.

We write scopes that list deliverables, rounds of revision, timelines and fees in plain English. If a timeline is unrealistic, we say so before you sign. If a budget cannot support the ambition, we propose a phased approach rather than over-promise and under-deliver.

Clients come to us when an identity looked handsome in a boardroom and disappeared in the wild, when a content calendar died in week three, when a launch needed one line everyone could repeat and nobody had written it yet. We are a fit for teams that want craft and honesty more than a twenty-slide capabilities deck.
