Introduction
BrandDock Studio Pte. Ltd. ("BrandDock", UEN 202792584M) operates branddock.pro and provides brand strategy, positioning, identity systems, art direction, messaging, copywriting, content production, social programmes and campaign creative from our studio at 1 Rodyk Street, #02-19, Singapore 238215. This Privacy Policy explains our practices under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
We are a creative studio — not a shipping or logistics business, not a marina operator, and not a software platform. Personal data is processed to run our studio and deliver professional services under signed scopes of work.
Data controller
BrandDock Studio Pte. Ltd. is the data controller for personal data described here. For certain client production workflows we may act as a data intermediary processing materials on your instructions under contract.

Why we use personal data
- Respond to brand brief enquiries and schedule discovery sessions;
- Prepare scoped proposals and fee quotations in SGD;
- Deliver creative studio services — strategy, identity, content, social, campaign creative;
- Manage accounts, invoicing and project communications;
- Comply with Singapore legal and tax obligations;
- Secure branddock.pro and prevent abuse;
- Improve the site using aggregate analytics where consented;
- Defend or exercise legal claims.
We do not sell personal data. Staff and contractors access data only on a need-to-know basis under confidentiality terms.
Consent and legal bases
Contact forms use an explicit, non-pre-ticked consent checkbox for PDPA purposes. Client work relies on contract and, where needed, consent. Marketing emails include unsubscribe options. Withdraw consent via [email protected] — prior lawful processing is unaffected.
Client materials and creative assets
You warrant you have rights to materials supplied. We use them only within the signed scope. Client assets are segregated; we do not reuse one client's confidential materials for another without permission. Published case studies are anonymised or clearly illustrative.
At project completion we return or delete assets per agreement. We recommend clients maintain master brand libraries independently.

Your PDPA rights
Request access, correction, or consent withdrawal by writing to [email protected] with identity verification details. We aim to respond within 30 days. Reasonable fees may apply to excessive requests. Unresolved concerns may be referred to the Personal Data Protection Commission: www.pdpc.gov.sg, +65 6377 3131.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies always run. Analytics and marketing cookies require banner consent stored six months. See Cookie Policy for categories, vendors and opt-out steps.
Security
HTTPS, role-based access, staff confidentiality agreements, secure disposal of old media. No online system is perfectly secure — notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to credentials we issued.
Cross-border processing
Hosting is Singapore-oriented. Sub-processors — cloud storage, email, design collaboration tools, analytics (with consent), social scheduling platforms, AI drafting tools under human review — may process data abroad. We use contractual safeguards and minimise fields transferred. Material sub-processor list available on request.
Third-party links
Links to social platforms or partner sites are governed by their own policies.
Children
Business-facing services; we do not knowingly collect data from under-18s.
Automated decisions
No solely automated decisions with significant legal effects on enquirers. AI assists internal drafts; creative leads approve client-facing work.
Breach notification
Significant breaches are contained, assessed, and reported to PDPC and affected individuals as required.
Marketing results disclaimer
Privacy practices do not imply guaranteed reach, virality, rankings or sales. Performance references are illustrative.
Brand name note
"BrandDock" is a Singapore River metaphor for our Robertson Quay studio — not shipping, freight, logistics, marina services, or software licensing.
Policy changes
Updates appear on this page with a revised date. Material changes may be notified to active clients by email or site notice.
Photography and talent releases
When BrandDock produces photography or video featuring identifiable individuals, we collect names and contact details for talent releases and billing. Releases specify usage scope — web, social, print, duration — aligned with your campaign agreement. We store release forms with project files for the retention period above. If you supply your own talent, you are responsible for their consents.
Social platform data
Managing social programmes may involve access to platform insights, comment moderation queues, or scheduling tools. We process only data needed to publish and report on agreed channels. Platform providers (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) have separate terms; we configure access at the minimum level required and document handover when retainers end.
Vendor due diligence
Before engaging sub-processors handling personal data, we review security practices, data processing terms, and geographic processing locations. Material changes to vendors are assessed for PDPA compliance. Clients may request summary information about production partners involved in their project.
Access requests procedure
Submit access or correction requests to [email protected] with: full name, organisation, email used with us, description of data sought, and proof of identity where needed to prevent unauthorised disclosure. We log requests, assign a handler, and respond within thirty days where practicable. Complex requests may require additional time with notice.
Marketing communications
We may send service updates or studio news to business contacts who opted in or have an existing client relationship where permitted. Each message includes an unsubscribe link. We do not use purchased lists or scrape contact databases from third-party sites.
Illustrative work and portfolios
Case studies on branddock.pro use anonymised or hypothetical scenarios unless a client provides written permission naming their organisation. We remove or obscure identifying details in portfolio pieces when confidentiality requires. Performance metrics shown are past or illustrative — not guarantees of future reach or sales.
Data minimisation
We collect only data reasonably necessary for enquiries and project delivery. Brief forms avoid irrelevant fields. Production archives exclude duplicate working files where possible after project sign-off, subject to client direction.
Staff training
Team members with access to personal data receive orientation on PDPA obligations, confidentiality, secure file handling, and incident reporting. Access is revoked when roles change or engagements end.
International clients
We serve Singapore organisations and regional clients. If you are located outside Singapore, you consent to transfer of your enquiry and project data to Singapore for processing. Where we deploy tools processing data in other countries, we document safeguards as described in the cross-border section above.
Intellectual property and personal data
Creative deliverables — logos, copy, photography — may incidentally contain personal data (e.g. team photos on a careers page mock-up). We treat such assets as project data subject to this policy until handover or deletion. Clients assume responsibility for lawful use of deliverables containing personal data once accepted.
Complaints handling
Privacy complaints are logged, investigated by the DPO, and answered with findings and remedial steps where appropriate. We aim to resolve concerns within thirty days. Escalation path: [email protected], then PDPC if unresolved.
Records of processing
We maintain internal records of major processing activities — enquiry handling, client production, analytics (when enabled), payroll for staff — to demonstrate PDPA accountability. Summaries available to regulators on lawful request.
Website analytics specifics
When you accept analytics cookies on branddock.pro, we may collect aggregated page views, session duration, scroll depth and referral paths. IP addresses may be truncated or anonymised depending on vendor configuration. Analytics data is used to improve site structure and content — not to profile individuals for unrelated marketing. Rejecting analytics cookies prevents these tags from loading; the site remains fully usable.
Retention of inactive accounts
If you enquired but did not engage our studio, we delete or anonymise contact details after twenty-four months unless you ask us to retain them for a future project discussion. Active clients may request export of project files at handover; thereafter we retain only what law or contract requires. You may request deletion earlier by emailing [email protected] unless a legal hold applies.
